Upon arrival, we will go through a checklist that includes cleaning, adjusting, and testing. If all goes well, we’ll be finished within 45 minutes to an hour. We carry a large inventory of fireplace parts in the event something needs to be replaced. Any charges above the minimum will not be incurred without your prior approval.Our expert technicans provide repairs and service for all brands. We can repair most types of gas fireplaces in one trip. For tune-up services the fireplace must be operating at the time of your appointment. If parts are required to improve the function of the fireplace, those will be quoted at the time of service.
