Packed Wellness is a division of Perlman Clinic, an independent primary care practice based in San Diego with more than 100 licensed medical providers. Perlman Clinic started Packed Wellness to offer more clinically-based services around health and well-being. Our wellness team now includes mental health, weight management, and nutrition specialists.
