Par One Construction's owner Rick McAllister has over 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Since the time he was a young boy, he has dreamed of owning his own construction company. Nineteen years ago, that dream became a reality when he opened Par One Construction to the people of York County. He is located in East Berlin, PA. Rick opened Par One Construction in East Berlin, PA in 2000, as a siding contractor. After 20 years in the business Rick’s team has grown in size. He has expanded their service area to York, Adams, and Cumberland counties, and grown their list of services to include all residential remodeling.
