Paul Leongas, alongside his sisters Sophia & Lydia, bought The Curragh Traditional Irish Pub in Schaumburg after graduating from Michigan State University with a BS in Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Management.The doors first opened in 1999 and immediately the combination of amazing draft beers and authentic Irish cuisine proved to be a hit with Chicago’s suburban dwellers.
