Business Description

Mark was born on Amelia Island, Florida and grew up in Clinton, South Carolina. In addition to those States, he has lived in Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Germany and Georgia. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the United States and parts of the Caribbean both during his tenure in the U.S. Army (1982-1985) and afterwards.

Mark is a graduate of Clinton High School, Clinton, South Carolina (1980), Bridgewater State College, B. A. in History, cum laude, Bridgewater, Massachusetts (1990) and the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University J.D., Macon, Georgia (1993). Mark has practiced in numerous Courts within the State of Georgia and has been admitted pro hac vice for a drug trafficking case in the State of Florida. Since 1993, he has represented more than 10,000 clients.

Mark is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL); the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and National College for DUI Defense (NCDD).

Mark is actively involved in his support of many charities and has a passion for music, travel, friends and family. Mark is married to Anissa (our very capable Office Manager) and they have five children and twelve grandchildren.

Mark has represented clients from all over the world and brings a unique and diverse philosophy to the practice of law. He genuinely cares for his clients and works tenaciously to give his all to each and every client.
