Pleasanton Glass Co. offers a comprehensive 1-Year Guarantee on labor and a 3-Year Guarantee on hardware. These come on top of the 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on the glass (mentioned earlier).
Because glass cutting is a delicate, precise process, we also offer tighter tolerances for various glass sizes and thickness. Glass may be cut within the Standard Industry Tolerances. For instance, glass or a mirror that is 1/8” thick may have a tolerance of up to 1/32” (larger or smaller). Glass that is a fourth of an inch thick can be cut up to 1/6” larger or 1/8” smaller.
