Enlighten Yoga Center, Pratimoksha is an effort to break the pattern of teaching ‘Yoga for weight-loss’ and to bring the authentic and traditional teaching of Yoga to our community. Without hesitation, we can say that our center is undoubtedly evolving to become the top Yoga training center in Dubai, UAE.We are known for our RYT500 and RYT200 Teacher Training Course that has successfully trained more than 30 students. Our TTC is certified by US-based Yoga Alliance.
We are also very well known for our Yoga therapy sessions that help those with chronic muscular and joint pain issues. We also offer pre-natal and post-natal programs. In fact most of our regular students come to us through these sessions, and once they understand how Yoga both strengthens and heals, go on to join our regular classes and our signature Beyond programs.
