I called the office and they said promptly that would send a technician right after. It was this company's technician who did a perfect job repairing my dryer that was not spinning. Everything was fixed within an hour. Before leaving, he even had a testing process to ensure if it was all repaired well. It was a perfect repair. I will call this company again for appliance service needs.
