Business Description
A Family Tradition in the Inland Empire Since 1898
With roots dating back to the 1800’s, Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning has a long, proud history. Beginning with a man named Terry Vernon Davenport, a small plumbing and tinning business was founded in Redlands, CA. Shortly thereafter, Terry hired his son-in-law, Harry Higdon, and served as Harry’s mentor, guiding him as he developed his skills in plumbing and heating.
Meanwhile, in 1898, a man named Henry Fisher founded a plumbing and heating business, naming it the Redlands Plumbing Company. Eventually, he would sell his business to Harry Higdon in 1938. Harry would teach his son, Don, the trade. Don would come to buy the business himself in 1961, bringing his own son, Rick, in as a partner in 1978. The name was changed to Redlands Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, the current owner, Tyler Miner, would begin working for the company part-time in 1991 while he was still in high school.
Starting small, Tyler performed odd jobs around the shop and in the company warehouse. After he continued his education and learned the plumbing and HVAC trades inside and out, Tyler would buy the business in 2008. Through Tyler’s dedication, he remains the owner and president of the company now named Redlands & Henry Bush, working tirelessly to build a team of experts and professionals who are ready to serve you.
