S. R. Campbell Properties is a land development company that opened its doors for business in 1978. Scot Campbell the founder and president started the business with an idea; treat people right.
Our company is focused on the need to comply with all the new regulations and has its own compliance department that scrutinizes the loan origination and note servicing procedures. As many of you are aware, our world changed in 2010 with the implementation of the SAFE Act. And in 2012 with the passage of the Dobb-Frank Act and creation of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and its regulations that include loan origination, note servicing and collection virtually changed the seller financed business model.
