I have over 30 years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial electrical construction, as well as 10 years as a construction supervisor in the Calgary area; building homes ranging from entry-level homes, multi-family homes to high-end estate homes. Since we have hands-on experience with constructing homes, we have the knowledge and skills to identify defects that might have been built into the home or occurred as a result of wear and tear or neglect.Wil inspected a condo I'm about to purchase recently, and it was such a pleasant and smooth experience. He's very responsive to questions, showed up early for our appointment, and provided a very detailed report the same day.
