I am Arina. The founder of Starbrow by Arina. I am a permanent makeup artist obsessed with Ombre powder brow. I am based in Miami and first had the opportunity to do makeup in school in my hometown, Budapest. I find Ombre powder technique interesting and became extremely passionate about the technique. Ever since, I have been obsessed with learning more about it and have dedicated the past 4 years of my life to perfecting the art while becoming a two-time certified artist.
