Our Four & Six Passenger legal golf cart rentals are street legal and fall under the Florida Statutes as a Low Speed Vehicle. They can be driven on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph and below. Considering these are registered vehicles, drivers must have a valid driver’s license and insurance. Insurance, license, and credit card must be presented before confirmation of rental.
