Hello! I’m Brett from Eclipse Organics and I want to share the story of how Eclipse Organics was created. I was born and raised in Australia but lived and worked in Europe for ten years. After arriving in Europe, I learned that the French and Italians don’t eat Muesli for breakfast as I did back in Australia. I realized I would have to make my own Organic Muesli or go without. So my first Organic Muesli creations were born and became my breakfast staple for the next decade. When the time came for a change, I moved home to Australia. In my first week back, I ran into Jonny, a great friend from my past, and we picked up our friendship where we had left off.
