TCGen Inc. is an experienced based, management consulting firm that helps Silicon Valley companies like Amazon and Apple improve the product development process and deliver more innovative products faster. We have also helped medical technology companies like Abbott, BD, Medtronic, and Roche to boost decision making, project management, and customer success. Our clients are typically large global organizations working with many, many new product programs at the same time, that would like to improve their innovation or speed of their product development teams. We help our clients understand the barriers to improved new product success and then we design plans to solve them typically through workshops or training.The company was founded by John Carter, formerly of BOSE, where he worked to invent noise cancelling headphones. John helped Apple design and train product development teams as part of his design and implementation of "Apple's New Product Process". Based in Menlo Park, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley, John has been advising executives for the past 15 years.
