Pavel Abaev owes his passion for diamonds to his uncle, who showed him the bustling New York City trade as a young man. The diamond district offered a doorway into a world of luxury for those who had the drive to learn. And in the nuanced and delicate world of diamond trading, the way to learn is by doing. By starting small and trading stones among dealers and wholesalers, Pavel was able to develop both his knowledge of diamonds and his relationships with other purveyors. Today he calls Arizona home, and continues to perfect his craft while helping his clients find their ideal diamond.
