Whenever there is a flooring job, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, popcorn ceiling removal, or any other home renovation we test for asbestos to ensure the safety of people living there. If there is water intrusion of any sort, there is likely to be mold lingering. We help identify the source and what types of mold are in houses. Radon is huge issue in Colorado with over half of the homes being above the action level for radon. We use highly efficient AirThings Monitor to test for Radon. We recommend certified and reliable remediation companies to fix any hazards that we find.
