Texas Direct Solar offsets emissions from each project with carbon offset credits. Currently, we are using offsets from the Texas Coastal Exchange a non-profit that restores coastal marshes in Texas. These habitats do a range of important work in addition to sequestering carbon, including reducing stormwater runoff, providing critical habitat for Fish and Wildlife. We also do little things like use the Ecosia search browser which plants trees for every internet search you do, use recycled paper for envelopes, and more.
