The Apothecarium is a licensed, full-service medical ***** dispensary that is located in Las Vegas, Nevada near the cross streets West Sahara and Buffalo. We provide our members access to a wide variety of appropriately priced medication in a safe, well appointed setting. A broad spectrum of medicinal options are available for our members, including flowers, edibles, topicals, and concentrates. Our knowledgeable patient consultants assist our members in selecting the appropriate medicine for their needs. WE ACCEPT OUT OF STATE MEDICAL ***** PATIENTS. Nevada maintains reciprocity for medical ***** patients. This means that out of state medical ***** patients are eligible to purchase medical ***** within the legal statutes set forth by NRS 453A (2.5 ounces every two weeks). We are happy to provide you the relief you need while you are visiting in a comfortable, well appointed setting. If you are an Out of State patient, please ensure your eligibility and bring the following to your consultation: Your valid, non-expired Non-Resident Medical Card/Doctor's Recommendation A valid, non-expired license or approved form of identification (Passport, ie.) Your home state/jurisdiction must exempt users from prosecution for the use of medical ***** Your home state/jurisdiction must require users to see a doctor prior to issuing the card. You must sign an affidavit that you are a medical ***** patient in your home sate/jurisdiction Do you qualify for the Nevada Medical ***** Program?
