While he is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas, he has represented clients in courtrooms all over the United States. Alan enjoys cases with complex factual and legal issues and challenges.
Alan has served as lead counsel in class actions and on Steering Committees before the Multi-District Litigation Panel. Alan’s clients bring him their most important problems to solve. He understands that and his goal is to maximize the outcome for each client.
