Monica Ishak, Esq. is a first generation American and South Florida native. She is based in West Palm Beach, Florida and is barred to practice law in Federal and Florida courts. She is the founding partner and CEO of The Ishak Law Firm, P.A. Monica began her career trying cases as a certified legal intern in law school at the Public Defender's Office in Miami. Upon graduating law school in 2019, she started as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County where she tried numerous misdemeanor cases.
