James has been representing consumers in debt relief since 2006. Prior to that James worked in civil litigation. In response to his clients' experiences with abusive collectors, James began enforcing the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act, filing lawsuits for illegal harassment and unfair credit reporting.
