Business Description
Eloy Aguirre has almost exclusively practiced U.S. immigration law since admission to the State Bar of California in 2015. His practice focuses on helping individuals and families navigate the complex system of immigration and naturalization to the United States. Eloy helps clients obtain their lawful permanent residence by attending their green card interviews here in the U.S., or by preparing them for interviews at the U.S. consulate in their home countries.To date, Eloy has attended over 200 green card interviews and successfully guided over 75 clients through the consular process in Mexico, Central America, the Philippines, and Jamaica. In addition, Eloy has helped dozens of clients become U.S. citizens through naturalization.
Eloy studied History at the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in 2008. In 2013, Eloy earned his law degree from Notre Dame Law School. Outside of the office, Eloy enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and going on long bike rides.
