Revv was found on the core idea of eliminating the wait time of our valued customers stalled on the side of the road. To do so, we have enhanced our dispatch system, the fleet of tow trucks, staff hiring, and training methods. But we still felt that it wasn’t enough, so we kept striving to innovate the best possible system. And finally learned that high tech dispatch software, best-trained staff, and our fancy new trucks along with top of the line equipment alone could never enable us to achieve what we aimed. It’s the customers’ feedback and criticism, which made us believe that we could reach our goals. That being said, we request all our customers to share their experiences. The core of our existence depends on customers’ suggestions, recommendations, and, most importantly, complaints. We understand that when you need us, it is mostly not a good time for you, we intend to minimize your wait time for our tow truck to arrive and maximize the safety for you, your family and your vehicle. It does not matter if you do not have all the information needed to complete the initial dispatch. We train to deliver the best results regardless of extreme weather, minimal dispatch information, unpredictable traffic congestions, or unusual nature of the job, whether it’s a tow or an accident recovery.
