Ver-A-Fast is an omni-channel conversational marketing firm that is passionate about providing our clients with solutions that produce maximum value. We achieve this by listening to our clients and developing tailored programs that solve specific challenges. This includes direct interactions with customers and prospects, enhanced data services, and mobile marketing.
We’re headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio so our blue collar work ethic means we’ll always work hard, do whatever it takes to get the job done, and be extremely courteous with every interaction. We use a blended team approach of traditional in-office and remote agents. When the company started back in 1976 it was exclusively remote agents so we have over 40 years of experience interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching agents located anywhere within the United States. Utilizing remote agents enables us to easily scale up or down the number of assigned agents per campaign based on project demand.
