The office at Atlas TMS is something you probably haven’t experienced in a psychiatry setting before.
We have a welcoming TMS for depression, TMS depression treatment , TMS therapy, spa-like setting, with very accommodating and friendly staff to help make you as comfortable as possible. Our TMS suite is state-of-the-art, complete with relaxing music and decor. We even offer a custom television experience which can include shows, movies, affirmations, and even video games to play while you receive your treatment.
Our staff will answer all questions, help with billing, and assist with scheduling. Atlas TMS resides within Dr. Zawadzki’s psychiatry practice, a warm and welcoming place, well-versed in treating psychiatric conditions.
In most cases, TMS focuses a beam of magnetic energy at a part of the brain called the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPLC), forcing it to ‘wake up’ and begin functioning more normally once again. This is what helps the patients feel better. A series of treatments will focus this energy so that the brain re-learns how to activate normally, resulting in less depression and sensation of improved well-being.
