The Arris router I use. I'm trying to figure out why my game's chat connection isn't working. Additionally, it makes it difficult for some websites to playback Flash videos. I am aware of the solution, however my Arris router's default gateway IP address prevents me from accessing the firewall settings. When I enter 69.178.32.1 into my search bar, however, no link is discovered. I have no trouble getting to the page for my wireless router. But it doesn't work when connected straight to my router. Please assist me.
