Home Energy Renovation Opportunity (HERO) is another PACE program that provides financial assistance to homeowners. If you need your home improvements that will ensure energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation and protection from hurricanes, HERO is specially designed for you. The program allows homeowners to have several housing improvement projects, receiving fixed-rate financing.
Also, HERO does not need any subscription, and application is also free. To approve assistance, we will check some of your information: homeownership, your income and debt. The program helps our clients receive funding for up to 25 years, and fixed interest may be tax-deductible. Payments are registered with real estate taxes.
