Wray & Associates, owned and managed by Russel W. Wray, is the continuation of a construction law practice founded in 1965. Wray & Associates continues to practice in the fields of construction law, construction dispute resolution and civil litigation throughout Louisiana. We have the knowledge and experience to resolve construction disputes at any stage. We can be called in early to assist with negotiations of claims or change orders while the project is ongoing, or after project completion to defend or prosecute claims of all kinds.
