If you can find your wireless network but cannot connect to your wireless network, sometimes it will ask you to enter a PIN when you connect to the wireless network for the initial time. This PIN is not the same as the Wireless Password/Network Security Key. Generally, you can only discover this PIN on the back of your wireless router/modem. If you are unable to locate the PIN or PIN is incorrect, you should select “Connecting using a security key instead”, and then enter the Network Security Key/Wireless Password.
