Hi, my name is Yosef Adde and I would be honored to be your next local South Bay Realtor. I am very blessed to call the South Bay my home. When I married my amazing wife who was born and raised in the South Bay over 10 years ago, we chose to call Redondo Beach our home. My wife and I now have a home in South Torrance where we have decided to settle down and raise our family. I couldn’t imagine ever leaving this South Bay paradise!


Deep down inside I’m a numbers guy. I studied engineering, computer programming and advanced math and I can truly say I’m very happy to be in Real Estate! ???? Don’t get me wrong, engineering is great, but it wasn’t my passion. I’ve helped first time home owners, investors and sellers, and each brought a level of excitement for me that numbers just couldn’t bring.


I believe that where you live should perfectly meet your needs, lifestyle and community… and that it’s possible to invest in both your happiness and a sound real estate investment at the same time.


After the passing of my father, I saw how tough it was for my family to move on. Getting siblings and my mom all onboard to agree on certain things, or helping my mom move into a situation that was better for her, etc. I realized helping downsizing families was the most rewarding thing for me. I had helped downsizes before, like families that inherited their family home and had to divide it among siblings. But when I went through it with my own family, it became much more personal and changed the way I viewed the entire process. Like, where to go next? What to do with all the decades of stuff that accumulated over the years? (Like why are there 3 old TV’s in the garage?) And then navigating through all the tax, legal and financial obstacles of 1031 exchanges, Prop 19, tax implications of capital gains, and how everything would impact my mom’s social security, retirement and savings… I realized that this work was the most important and rewarding work a realtor could do.


For all you engineers and math people, don’t worry I still put my skills to use! I created the South Bay’s most comprehensive set of advanced statistics for the real estate market. I publish a monthly market snapshot on my home page and for those analytical types that love data, contact me for VIP access to my weekly stats. I personally use these to predict where the market is going in near-real time with data updated every week so I can see what’s actually happening in the market.
